IT Recruiter Mexico (Remote) Direct Hire JPC - 20453 Solugenix is seeking an IT Recruiter responsible for full life cycle recruiting with a primary focus on identifying and hiring IT talent. You will source, screen, and interview applicants for current and future job openings as well as coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process. Proven experience recruiting for a variety of IT positions, including software developers, engineers, analysts, project managers, cloud professionals, cybersecurity specialists, and infrastructure roles. Strong understanding of IT technologies, technical skill sets, and industry terminology. Experience sourcing candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, networking, referrals, and other recruiting channels.
