Summary The incumbent serves as the Principal Technical Manager and Department Head for the Technology, Innovation, and Engineering (TIE) Department, ensuring the Center's core technical functions - engineering, technology modernization, and rapid prototyping - operate as a coordinated and integrated system. Responsibilities You will be responsible for the technical integrity and execution of all functions within the TIE Department. You will direct, facilitate, manage, and execute systems engineering and architecture activities to develop integrated roadmaps, identify modernization priorities, improve the quality and speed of capability delivery. You will serve as the Navy's technical expert for enterprise-wide engineering and technology, representing the Center in key technical forums and frequently chairing ad-hoc panels to develop technical policies and recommendations.
