Project Delivery
Lead the delivery of complex change projects across business and technology domains within a banking environment.Manage full project lifecycle from initiation through to implementation and closure, ensuring alignment to governance frameworks (e.g., PRINCE2, Agile, Waterfall).Define and manage scope, timelines, deliverables, resources, and dependencies across multiple workstreams.
