The IT Process Manager is responsible for leading and optimizing IT Service Management (ITSM) operations and the end-to-end lifecycle of the organization's technology assets. This role drives operational excellence through effective governance of incident, problem, change, and knowledge management processes while overseeing IT asset management, procurement, vendor relationships, and financial planning.
