Plasticos Castella SA in Mexico is seeking an IT Process Engineer I to formalize IT processes around change, configuration, incident and problem management, aiming at service level management and SDLC improvements.

You will work day-to-day to ensure processes operate as designed, applying ITIL as a framework, and drive continuous improvement with metrics, templates, and documentation.
