IT Process Engineer I: Change & Incident Optimizer

Jabil is seeking an IT Process Engineer I to formalize IT processes around change, configuration, incident, and problem management, enabling service level management and SDLC alignment. This role also covers practical day-to-day operations and continuous process improvement using ITIL as a framework.

The candidate will participate in process design, tool development, documentation, and governance across Global/Regions/Sites as assigned, ensuring efficiency and adherence to policies.
