IT ONSITE LEVEL 1 SUPPORT ENGINEER

We are currently seeking a motivated and skilled IT Onsite Engineer to join our team on a 12-month contract basis. This role requires a hands-on professional who can thrive in a fast-paced environment and deliver exceptional technical support to our clients.
Provide onsite technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues. Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment, including desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals. Perform routine maintenance and updates to ensure optimal performance of IT systems. Assist in the deployment and implementation of new IT projects and initiatives. Collaborate with the IT team to resolve complex technical issues and provide effective solutions.
