We are looking for a proactive Female IT Officer to join our team at IDR. This role is responsible for managing and supporting the organization's information technology systems and services. The candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of IT infrastructure, maintaining security, and providing technical support to end-users. The position requires a combination of technical expertise, problem‑solving skills, and effective communication.

Key Responsibilities

• User and License Management
  • Manage Azure Active Directory and MS365 user accounts and licenses.
  • Oversee MS365 Admin Centre (Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, Azure, Teams).
• Technical Support and Troubleshooting
  • Troubleshoot Windows, Office, network connections, and desktop applications.
