 Technology Support Services (TSS) is the Information Technology unit of the Shoreline Community College, which supports the technology infrastructure and desktop technology needs of the entire organization’s business and academic functions. TSS’ overall responsibilities include but are not limited to the network and networking infrastructure, desktop and portable device support, database and application development, email and web-based services, data and telecommunications systems, and security and IT related policies.

 Manage, analyze, configure, troubleshoot, and resolve routine and advanced switching and related issues in a heterogenous network environment using traffic and performance management tools.
