IT Technical Support (Helpdesk) & Network Infrastructure Management
Install, configure, and hand over PC workstations and IT end devices to usersHandle and document IT tickets using the corporate helpdesk systemAnalyse issues and perform troubleshooting.Support administration of LAN, WiFi, Windows servers, clients, and related systemsAssist with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, VMware, and other IT servicesMaintain Network InfrastructureConfigure, deploy, and troubleshoot Layer 2/3 switches.Administer firewalls, including security policies, NAT, VPN, and traffic inspection.Optimize network performance and plan for capacity.Support wired and wireless infrastructure, including enterprise Wi-Fi and authentication.Implement secure remote access for contractors and vendors.Apply cybersecurity controls and coordinate with vendors for compliance.Monitoring & Visibility...
