Role Overview
As IT Manager, you will lead the information technology function at Basiqat Resort by Mantis, ensuring reliable, secure, and efficient IT systems that support both guest experience and operational excellence.
You will be responsible for managing all technology infrastructure across the resort, including networks, systems, property management systems, cybersecurity, and end-user support. This role is critical in a remote resort environment where technology stability directly impacts service delivery and guest satisfaction.
