IT Operations Manager required. Our client is a small UK based IT organisation who pride themselves on providing a professional IT support service across Susses. 
They are now looking for an experienced IT operations manager to join their team based in Newhaven. 50% office based, 50% on-site.
Position Overview
Managing workloads

Making sure SLA’s are adhered too 

Help with training new staff

Liaising with the accounts and HR Director with any issues

Provisioning and ordering of services both hardware, cloud and software

Helping out with the Helpdesk 

Identify emerging issues and is a knowledge expert

Ensure that the infrastructure is available within service level agreements 

To maintain close working relationships with users, 3rd parties, vendors and stakeholders.
