Responsible for overseeing the organization’s IT infrastructure, ensuring secure and efficient operations, maintain and enforce IT compliance all system and process, and implementing technology solutions that support business objectives. This role involves managing IT projects, cybersecurity, system administration, and leading the IT team to maintain high service standards. Delivering IT operational support, system enhancement, project delivery, short & long-term planning activities and administration of policies, procedures & standards.
Lead and manage the IT function to ensure the achievement of Plant KPIs, FPIT KPIs, IT KPIs, and fixed cost initiatives.
Ensure the reliable, secure, and continuous operation of all IT infrastructure, applications, network, telecommunications, servers, end-user devices, and business-critical systems to support plant operations.
