Job Description
GENERAL SUMMARY
The IT Manager is responsible for the overall planning, implementation, management, and continuous improvement of Information Technology systems supporting Facility Management operations.
This role encompasses enterprise IT infrastructure, network management, cybersecurity, business applications (including CAFM/CMMS) and system integrations ensuring secure, reliable, and efficient IT services across all managed facilities.
The IT Manager will ensure that IT systems support operational excellence, business continuity and compliance with organizational policies, contractual obligations and service level agreements (SLAs).
