IT Managed Services PreSales Manager
The IT Managed Services PreSales Manager is responsible for supporting sales efforts by designing, proposing, and positioning IT managed services solutions tailored to customer requirements. This role bridges technical expertise and business strategy, working closely with sales teams, solution architects, and service delivery teams to develop compelling proposals, conduct proof‑of‑concepts (POCs), and ensure that solutions align with client business goals. Ideal candidates should have a strong understanding of cloud computing (AWS, Azure, GCP), cybersecurity, IT service management (ITSM), and digital transformation, and be able to communicate the value of managed services to both technical and business stakeholders.
