Role: IT Knowledge Management Specialist – Global Deployment Team

As the IT Knowledge Management Specialist in the Integral Deployment Team, you will be a business-facing individual responsible for developing and delivering knowledge materials and trainings during the deployment of our products to Operating Countries, ensuring all teams are equipped with the relevant knowledge on how to use them.

Further responsibilities include developing and implementing knowledge management processes and systems to facilitate knowledge sharing, collaboration, and innovation.

• Bachelor's degree in computer science.
• 5+ years of experience in a similar position, performing software knowledge management and training for large multinationals.
