IT Infrastructure Manager

Milestone IT is partnering with a leading enterprise organisation to appoint an experienced Infrastructure Manager to lead and evolve its core infrastructure environment. This is an exciting opportunity for a technically hands-on leader who enjoys balancing operational excellence with strategic improvement initiatives.

You will be responsible for managing a skilled infrastructure team while driving key technology initiatives, including the transition from VMware to Hyper-V and the ongoing development of the organisation's Microsoft ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and oversee the current VMware environment, driving the strategic migration to Hyper-V.

Manage, maintain and continuously improve the organisation's server and infrastructure landscape.

Take ownership of Active Directory and Microsoft 365 infrastructure, ensuring security, reliability and scalability.
