IT Infrastructure Engineer (Pharmaceutical Industry)

The IT Infrastructure Engineer will own the day-to-day operations support, maintenance and support of our hybrid IT Infrastructure within a Pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. You will be the L1 technical resource responsible for keeping our Azure, M365 Tenants, Virtual machines in On-premises infrastructure, Security & network appliances. This is an entry-level role ideal for candidates looking to gain hands‑on experience in a regulated industry.

You will work closely with the IT Manager and other cross‑functional departments delivering fast, professional support to all staff across the organisation to ensure systems run smoothly, securely and in compliance with industry standards.
