Job Description
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and coordination support for infrastructure operations
- Prepare, file, and digitise documents; maintain records
- Liaise with service providers on routine operations (e.g. backup media handling)
- Track daily movement of backup media and maintain logs
- Support stocktakes and maintain inventory records (hardware, peripherals)
- Assist in asset tracking, audits, and verification exercises
- Support disposal of expired hardware and update records
- Perform ad hoc administrative duties
- Diploma in Business, IT, or related field
- Good organisational and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Detail-oriented and able to handle records and tracking tasks
Duration/Working hours:
1 year contract (Immediate)
42 hours per week
