IT Helpdesk Technician — Windows & Mac Support

SILVEREDGE TECHNOLOGIES PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an IT Support Officer responsible for maintaining IT assets and providing internal support. You will assist colleagues with IT-related issues and ensure effective solutions are provided.

The ideal candidate should have a Diploma in Information Technology, at least 2 years of experience in IT administration, and proficiency in Microsoft Office 365. Knowledge of hardware and ITIL certification is a plus.
