Job Description
We are looking for IT talent with a B2 English level! A leading company in the BPO sector is seeking an IT Helpdesk Support Analyst oriented toward providing technical support and solutions to users in a dynamic and multicultural environment.
Job Conditions
- Location / Modality: 100% On-site – Bogotá (Conecta 80).
- Contract Type: Permanent / Indefinite term contract.
- Salary: $2,850,000 COP base salary + up to $200,000 COP in performance-based commissions.
- Training: 2 fully paid days.
Schedule / Shifts
- Full-time availability from Monday to Sunday.
- Morning window shifts (finishing at 5:30 PM max).
- 2 days off per week (rotating/not fixed).
