Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated IT Help Desk Tier 1 (Junior) professional to provide technical support to internal users and assist with maintenance of IT systems, hardware, and infrastructure. This role is idóneo for candidates looking to grow their career in IT support within a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to end users via ticketing system, email, and in person
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on computer equipment and peripherals
- Install, configure, and maintain operating systems (Windows/Linux)
- Support Office 365 and other company systems
- Assist in maintaining IT infrastructure including structured cabling and network components
- Document issues, resolutions, and procedures
- Collaborating with IT team members on ongoing projects and tasks
