IT HelpDesk Engineer - Windows & Remote Support

Netcracker Technology is seeking an IT HelpDesk Engineer to join our Corporate IT team. The role covers on-site and remote support for PCs and peripherals, troubleshooting hardware, OS, software and networking issues, and delivering excellent customer service.
