IT Help Desk Specialist - End-User Support & Troubleshooting

Spinnaker Software is seeking a Help Desk Consultant for our Customer Support Department, based at our Head Office in Parklands, Cape Town.

You will assist end-users by logging calls, troubleshooting, and escalating to the appropriate departments. A basic grasp of hardware and software is essential, with a strong emphasis on communication and teamwork to succeed in a busy retail IT support environment.
