IT Governance & Service Delivery Lead

NCS is seeking an experienced IT Governance professional to join the IT Governance Team, managing development and maintenance of IT services for a key client. You will collaborate with stakeholders across the client and NCS to ensure IT service management, configuration, incident handling and security compliance.

You bring hands-on knowledge in IT security, audit readiness, and process improvement, with 10 years in IT infrastructure and leadership.
