IT Field Engineer
We are looking for an enthusiastic IT Admin/Systems Engineer to join our infrastructure team. In this role, you will be primarily responsible for providing technical troubleshooting and resolution to all computer hardware and software issues while maintaining a positive, professional customer‑service mindset to serve your IT customers. You will also learn the ropes of a complex, full‑stack environment. You will work closely with a senior technical staff of experts (Windows, Linux, VMWare, SQL, Storage) to learn how to support and maintain critical IT infrastructure.
This is a foundational role for someone passionate about operations and automation, eager to apply classroom knowledge to real‑world corporate policies and procedures.
This position is in our Tokyo Office and primarily supports Japan users onsite and other users in JAPAC regions remotely.
