Job Description
- Plan, implement, configure, monitor, and maintain the organization's network infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, WLAN, VPN, switches, firewalls, and related network equipment.
- Provide day-to-day operational support to ensure network connectivity, performance, availability, and reliability across all office locations, data centres, and cloud environments.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve network issues, outages, connectivity problems, and security-related incidents in a timely manner to minimize business disruption.
- Implement and maintain network security controls, including firewall rules, access control lists (ACLs), VPN access, network segmentation, intrusion prevention measures, and secure network configurations in accordance with company policies and security standards.
