Job Description
IT Engineer - VDI and Citrix
We are expanding our 24/7 Operations hub in Malaysia and are looking for skilled IT Engineers with experience in Windows environments and Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (Citrix) to support mission‑critical IT services for regional and international energy customers.
What You’ll Do
- Operate and maintain HPD, VDI and Citrix environments
- Troubleshoot and resolve incidents and changes related to Citrix, Intune, Entra ID (Azure AD) and Microsoft 365
- Patching and updating Windows OS, applications and middleware
- Handle incidents, requests and changes via ServiceNow
- Manage certificate, event and license handling
- Actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Schedule
Work hours will be 11 pm – 7 am Monday to Friday, plus rotation shifts: 5 am – 1 pm, 9 am – 5 pm, 11 pm – 7 am. Work during public holidays will be required.
