IT End-User Support Engineer (Tier 2/3) - On-site Penang

754 Altera Semiconductor Technology (M) Sdn. Bhd. is seeking an experienced IT End User Support Engineer to join their team in Penang, Malaysia. This role provides advanced support by resolving complex issues while mentoring junior staff and maintaining the stability of end-user systems.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology and over three years of hands-on IT support experience. Familiarity with Active Directory and solid networking knowledge is crucial. This position is mainly on-site, with possible after-hours support.
