IT Documentation Specialist

This is a remote position. The IT Documentation Specialist will create, update, and maintain documentation related to IT systems and processes. This will include writing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), creating flow charts, and troubleshooting IT documents to ensure accuracy and compliance. This role will serve as a primary technical resource for updates to the relevant documentation.
