This is a great opportunity for a Desktop Support Analyst to join a busy, collaborative team supporting a multi-site environment, delivering high-quality support both remotely and on-site.
ABOUT YOU
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to provide excellent customer service across all levels of the business
- Experience in desktop support, field support or end user support roles (3+ years preferred)
- Hands-on experience supporting PC hardware, end user devices and associated peripherals
- Good understanding of networking fundamentals and troubleshooting connectivity issues
- Experience supporting technologies such as AV systems, telephony or communications infrastructure
- Relevant IT qualifications (Cert IV or equivalent...
