BESIX Watpac is seeking an IT Deployment Technician for the end-to-end preparation, imaging, configuration, deployment and decommissioning of computing devices and peripherals across BESIX Watpac corporate offices and project sites.
This role will be responsible for:
Prepare end-user devices for new starters, hardware refreshes, and project mobilisations, ensuring readiness prior to scheduled deployment dates.Assist with lifecycle management activities including device recalls, redeployment, surplus assessment, reimaging for resale and secure data destruction.Conduct quality assurance checks on all deployed devices prior to handover, including connectivity, software, and security compliance validation.Provide on-site and remote support during the deployment phase, assisting end users with initial setup, account configuration, and data migration.Contribute to the development and maintenance of d...
