Parliament IT is on a journey to deliver exceptional, customer‑centered digital services across the Parliamentary precinct. The IT Planning & Performance team sits at the heart of that work, supporting planning, governance, projects, reporting and commercial activities that help keep our organisation moving.

About the role

This is a varied and rewarding coordination role where no two days are quite the same.

As our IT Coordinator, you'll work closely with leaders and teams across Parliament IT to keep activities organised, connected and moving forward. You'll support planning cycles, reporting, governance processes, supplier coordination, projects, meetings and team administration, helping create the conditions for others to do their best work.

We're looking for someone who enjoys bringing structure to complexity, has a natural eye for detail, and loves helping people succeed.
