IT Compliance Officer

What You’ll Do:

• Support cybersecurity governance, risk assessments, and compliance audits
• Assist in developing and enforcing security policies aligned with CIS Controls
• Monitor compliance with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, RA 10173)
• Help manage security incidents and data breach response
• Collaborate with IT, Legal, HR, and Business Units on security initiatives

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Cybersecurity, Engineering, or related field
• 0–1 year experience (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
• Knowledge of information security principles, risk management, and data privacy
• Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills
• Willing to adapt in a fast-changing tech environment
