We are looking for an IT Communication & Awareness Specialist to join our Global User Awareness team at Allianz Technology. In this role, you will play a key part in driving internal communication, awareness initiatives, and training activities across IT operations and security topics.
You will act as a bridge between technical teams and end users, translating complex topics into clear, engaging, and actionable messages. Working in an international and fast-paced environment, you will contribute to strengthening user awareness, supporting operational processes, and ensuring effective communication during technical initiatives and incidents.
This is a highly collaborative role where your creativity, curiosity, and ability to simplify complexity will directly contribute to improving user experience and service delivery across Allianz.
