Job Description
IT, Comms & Admin Officer
We are looking for an IT, Comms & Admin Officer to join and support our busy services at Citizens Advice Wakefield District.
The successful candidate will:
- manage and administer our IT infrastructure and external providers;
- manage and implement external communications (website, stakeholder newsletter, social media);
- manage our office systems and contractors;
- provide back‑up to our Finance Manager when needed.
This role is office‑based and is subject to a DBS check.
We’re looking for someone who is proficient with information and communication systems, can multi‑task, meets deadlines, pays close attention to detail and accuracy, and has a friendly and approachable manner.
