What You Will Do


  • Support the financial steering of global IT infrastructure products (budget planning, forecasting, cost transparency)

  • Act as a single point of contact for internal stakeholders and coordinate IT procurement requests and clarifications

  • Support contract and license management activities (renewal tracking, documentation, basic compliance checks)

  • Prepare reports and maintain operational processes (purchase orders, demand verification, renewals, documentation)

  • First experience in IT product management, service-, contract- or license management

  • Basic financial understanding (budgeting, forecasting, cost allocation) and strong attention to detail

  • Strong analytical skills and interest in IT infrastructure and how services are delivered
