- Coordinate testing, training, and change management activities.
- Perform routine audits and system health checks.
- Ensure best practices for shared file storage and access (OneDrive, SharePoint, Teams) to support cross-functional project collaboration and data governance.
- Provide user training and documentation on effective use of Teams channels, shared calendars, file libraries, and integration with other Microsoft 365 services.
