IT - Business Analyst

This position is for the Business Analyst role which: Describe the business need in the form of User Stories and Acceptance Criteria Organizes and documents supporting detailed requirements Ensures that the other squad members have a clear understanding of the business needs and requirements Works closely with other team members to ensure quality deliverables that are fit for purpose Provides a thorough analysis of issues & solutions The position will also include analysis for Bureau Reporting (Unit Stat, ISO and Mass Auto, NCCI, SFAA) The Business Analyst works very closely with all stakeholders including business customers, vendors, and internal resources in order to facilitate team communication and achieve the squads mission Key Objectives: Work with our Stakeholders and understand their business requirements Work with the CAESAR team to come up with a solution to accommodate Business & Technical Requirements Liaison between business and technology Analyze processes and data to ide...
