Job Description
Responsibilities
- Perform project management functions.
- Collect information from designated process owners and record all identified pain points.
- Develop a gap analysis document to support the team in evaluating the most suitable transformation project that aligns with both the process owner's requirements and the firm's objectives.
Qualifications
- Holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or other related courses.
- Possesses at least 3 years of relevant experience in the IT Business Analysis or a highly relevant field.
- Skilled in facilitating, researching, modeling, and defining requirements.
- Strong understanding of both business and technology.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) is preferred.
- Equipped with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
