Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities: Participate in the requirement study, research, feasibility study, functional analysis and design phases, functional testing, user acceptance testing and end-user training of any new IT software development projects and/ or product development for the eldercare industry. Involve in our market-driven product design to strengthen organization's SaaS care management system. Produce Functional Specification, User Story and Functional Test Case. Perform technical and business impact analysis for modifications needed in existing web-based SaaS/SOA and bespoke applications to meet changing user requirements. Assist in troubleshooting software application and system issues. Work with Product Owner, Software Architect, Developers, Project Manager and customers/ end users (e.g. doctors, nurses, clinicians, administrators, IT Manager, etc.) on change requests and enhancements to current system. Requirements: Bachelor's Degree or Diploma, in any field....
