Monitoring and optimizing the performance of Uplight’s company-wide systems to keep Uplighters functional and focused on our mission

Collaborating with internal teams to identify and integrate new tools while also maximizing the functionality of existing solutions. 

Maintaining network health across offices, preparing for backup and disaster recovery

Serving as a resource for ongoing learning with IT Support team as well as an escalation point as needed
