Job Description
JOB DETAILS
1) Act as primary IT contact for direct user within the organization
2) Management & Responsible of any IT escalation issue for offices, driving/ guiding Team to achieve task and improving support for all IT related functions: on operational support, application support and service delivery.
3) Provide direct in-house & outdoor support and administration for corporate resources, tools and applications and driving performance.
4) Effective planning, management and prioritization of all IT escalations.
5) Responsible for support and maintenance of local, cloud server, network resources including
LAN/WAN/Internet and Firewall, etc. and ensuring, monitoring of 100 PERCENT Network up time at
all offices across India.
6) Management & interaction of local/ outdoor vendor/ supplier relationship in the developing and maintaining service level agreements for all our remote corporate offices and ongoing man...
