Island Manager-Offshore

Penspen is urgently looking for Island Manager for one of our Offshore PMC projects in UAE.

To lead and manage all offshore island project activities, ensuring safe, timely, and cost‑effective execution of engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and start‑up phases. The role requires a profile similar to a Site Construction Manager , combined with strong project site execution and interface leadership capabilities.

• Effectively coordinate and communicate with all stakeholders on the Island, including EPC Contractors, Drilling, Logistics, IPMT Projects, and support teams.
• Serve as the Incident Commander, managing integrated ERP systems among EPC Contractors to ensure emergency preparedness, equipment readiness, and personnel training.
