IS & Network Support Specialist — 1st Line

Lyreco Group in Johor, Malaysia is looking for an IT support specialist to provide first level technical support to employees for IS issues. You will troubleshoot network and hardware problems while managing IS assets and assisting with user onboarding.

The ideal candidate should have a Diploma or Degree in IT, possess strong communication skills, and have proficient problem-solving abilities. Occasional onsite travel to Singapore is required, with most support provided remotely.
