Hourly Rate Negotiable and dependent on experience
Skills/Experience Required Includes
Education: Relevant post secondary education should include CCNA - Voice certification at a minimum
3 to 5 years of recent and related working experience with the following technology skills
IPT Telephony MACD (Moves, Adds, Changes)
IPT Telephony Trouble ticket resolution
IPT Telephony Global implementation support ( Reviewing Business requirements docs)
TP and video infrastructure support
Cisco UC (Call Manager, SRST gateways, Phones 79XX series, Contact Center Express)
Cisco CMTS, VCS
This contract is open to incorporated contractors who are currently located in either Toronto, ON or Florenceville, New Brunswick.
