Lead end‑to‑end quality strategy for connected digital ecosystems, ensuring alignment across multiple teams, systems and partners.
Responsibilities
Own the end‑to‑end quality and testing strategy across devices, cloud services, integrations and applications.
Establish and document E2E testing scope, test quality KPIs and quality expectations aligned with business and technical goals.
Clarify quality ownership and interfaces between digital teams, R&D and external partners, ensuring alignment upfront.
Coordinate the overall E2E testing scope across teams and vendors and consolidate results into a single quality view.
Review test strategies and reports at component and system level, identify gaps to real end‑to‑end behaviour and drive improvements.
