Role Description

This is a full‑time, hybrid role for an iOS Mobile Engineer based in Benito Juárez, CDMX, with flexibility to work from home part of the time.

The iOS Mobile Engineer will design, develop, and maintain high‑quality iOS mobile applications that support mroads' HR technology products.

Responsibilities

• Implement new features, improve performance, fix bugs, and ensure app stability and security.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to translate requirements into well‑structured, testable code.
• Participate in code reviews, contribute to technical documentation, and help improve development processes and best practices.
• Integrate third‑party services, optimize apps for different devices, and monitor app analytics to guide enhancements.
