Investor Relations & Operations Intern — Launcha

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain target lists of prospective investors (family offices, professional investors, allocators, intermediaries).
• Research prospects to assess fit and identify the right contact/route.
• Segment and prioritise the pipeline by likelihood and relevance.
• Maintain accurate, deduplicated contact records.
• Run first‑touch outreach via email and LinkedIn to secure introductory meetings (objective: book a call, not pitch).
• Personalise messaging within approved templates while maintaining brand tone.
• Manage structured follow‑up sequences to prevent lead stalls.
• Schedule and coordinate intro calls between prospects and the principal; manage diaries, reminders, and rescheduling.
• Prepare brief notes on each prospect ahead of meetings.
• Own day‑to‑day CRM: log outreach, replies, meeting notes, next actions.
