The Managing Director will be responsible for sourcing, pitching, and executing Merger & Acquisition (M&A) transactions; as well as other investment banking products. This role requires strong client management, business development, and deal execution capabilities across various transaction types including sell-sides, buy-sides, corporate divestitures, capital raises, and fairness opinions.
